HR Recruiting Partner

Discover TRIUMF, Canada’s particle accelerator centre, which is a publicly funded, not‑for‑profit research lab dedicated to discovery and innovation. We are seeking an HR Recruiting Partner to join our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process for assigned divisional portfolios, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and support talent acquisition projects.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Act as primary recruitment partner for the assigned portfolio.
  • Build relationships with leaders, conduct check‑ins, and understand workforce needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for hard‑to‑fill and specialised roles.
