Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for call centre roles (Customer Service Representatives, QA, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
Post job ads on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Proactively source candidates through referrals and online channels
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic to assess communication and customer service skills.
Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and follow up on interview feedback.
Maintain candidate pipelines and keep database updated.
Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives
Support hiring for night shifts
Contribute to improving the candidate experience and employer brand
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
