This position is responsible for design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Total Rewards policies, programs, and processes. The role serves as a Total Rewards partner to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing end-to-end rewards solutions that align with business priorities and workforce needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads or participates in compensation programs’ review and implementation to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  • Serves as a trusted Total Rewards partner to the business by applying strong business acumen, evaluating market trends and workforce insights, and providing end-to-end total solutions aligned with business strategies and talent needs
