Our client a federal entity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Policy Planning Expert (UAE National only) to join their team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates . This is a full‑time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies within a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices employment law and policy development. They will be responsible for creating, reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure they are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and comply with relevant regulations.

• Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures across various areas including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Review and update existing HR policies to ensure they remain compliant with current legislation and best practices.
