Confidential is seeking an HR Performance Development Officer (UAEN Only) to support the development and implementation of the organization's performance management processes and employee development programs.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, helping managers set KPIs, preparing dashboards, coordinating development plans, succession planning, maintaining policies, and guiding teams on performance processes.
