Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full HR administrative support across the department
- Manage employee onboarding documentation and personnel records
- Process and administer monthly payroll input and reporting
- Maintain leave records and time & attendance systems
- Support Employment Equity reporting and HR compliance
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and HR record keeping
- Coordinate employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration
- Strong payroll experience (VIP Payroll, PaySpace or similar)
- Experience with Time & Attendance systems
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
