HR & Organizational Development Manager

Position Purpose

The HR & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving the organization’s people strategy, workforce effectiveness initiatives, performance management framework, talent development programs, organizational design, and HR operations. The role will ensure the effective implementation of organizational development initiatives, KPI frameworks, workforce planning strategies, succession planning programs, and employee engagement initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives and operational excellence.
