Overview:
Together with the HR Business Partner the HR Operations Specialist Norway is responsible for ensuring payroll, time processing, compensation and administrative tasks are managed and up to date for their responsible countries. The Specialist HR Operations will focus on executing teammate transactions surrounding onboarding/promotions/transfers and offboarding within our HR system including responsible for managing payroll administration for his/her countries to ensure 0 mistake in payroll as well as local time processing.
