Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Dubai that is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, has a strong understanding of payroll and employee lifecycle management, and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR Operations ensuring smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes.
- Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave management, deductions, and end-of-service settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
- Support visa and immigration processes ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
