HR Operations Leader: Culture, Talent & Compliance

Brenntag is seeking a Manager, HR Operations to oversee daily HR activities and align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll advise leaders on employee relations and culture, lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and drive performance and capability development.

The role also manages compensation, benefits, HRIS integrity, and people analytics while ensuring compliance and audit readiness in a fast-moving corporate environment.
