HR Operations Advisor – Mexico (Growth, Benefits)

Siemens Energy in Guanajuato, Mexico, is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Latin America HR Hub. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain personnel records, support payroll and benefits, and answer employee inquiries.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, payroll vendors and local management to ensure compliant services, data integrity in HRIS, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
