- To support the HR OPs team with:
- Exit clearance process
- Re-employment process
- Contract management
- Creation of contingent worker profiles (for temp staffs)
- Pfile creation and admin in Workday
- Employee data projects
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent with at least 5 yrs of relevant working experience
- Possesses good organisational skills and is meticulous
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player
