Key Performance Areas
Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, and Induction.
Remuneration and Benefits Administration.
General HR consultation and advisory support.
Liaise continuously with employees and management within the designated portfolio(s).
Employee Relations, Well-being, and performance management services.
M+3 Degree or 3 year Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
A Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, proven as an HR Officer or HR Administrator.
