Our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the Port Elizabeth team, Manage Employment Equity (including EE reporting, compliance, and implementation of EE plans) Minute taking during disciplinary hearings, consultations, and meetings Recruitment and selection processes HR administration and reporting Performance management Training and development coordination Ensure Labour legislation compliance General HR support functions Requirements Grade 12 Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management Minimum 3 years relevant experience Experience with: Disciplinary processes, Recruitment and HR reporting and systems Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
