Job Description
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Administration Officer to support the delivery of HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced FMCG retail distribution environment. The role is responsible for driving effective HR operations, ensuring compliance, supporting employee performance, and coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, and training of franchisees operating last-mile retail outlets. The role will be located in Nairobi with Frequent traveling to last mile areas of Narok & Kajiado counties. Requirements Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP (K) qualification or equivalent professional HR certification. Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience in a busy HR department, preferably within an FMCG, retail, logistics, or distribution environment.
