Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR OFFICER (MILITARY)-TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD2123000 and is part of the KY 123 AW, National Guard. Responsibilities As a HR OFFICER (MILITARY)-TITLE 32, GS-0201-12, you will provide state level coordination of all military personnel programs such as enlistment, appointment, performance evaluation reports, promotions, discharges, separations, recruiting, retention, incentives, and training. Develop state-level programs, publications, policies, and procedures. Conduct research and advise on difficult personnel cases, administrative matters, medical, and training problems. Monitor manning, manpower authorizations, and organizational changes. Coordinate a statewide incentive program.
