Our client is on the hunt for a Warehouse People Pro who’s organised, hands-on, and ready to roll up their sleeves to make sure our Germiston warehouse team is fully supported — from recruitment and onboarding to performance and compliance. Responsibilities: Recruitment & contracts – From job posts to contract management
Onboarding – Making new joiners feel at home from day one
Leave, benefits & payroll administration
Performance management – Helping the team hit targets and grow
Team development – identifying training needs
Support line managers with disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist with shift planning, overtime management, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
HR admin – Keeping policies and paperwork in check
