HR Manager

Job Description

• Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance) globally.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent.
• Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
• Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
• Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
• Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
• Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
