Rexnord Industries, LLC, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager, based at our Chihuahua, MX manufacturing facility. This position will be a strategic business partner and member of the leadership team. The position will provide human resources leadership in talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and practices, management training and development, change leadership, and associate engagement.
