Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Canadian market, including job postings, channel development (partnering with local agencies, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation to secure top talent for the company.
2. Compensation & Benefits Management: Assist headquarters in developing and implementing competitive and legally compliant compensation and benefits structures for the Canadian market.
