Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Ensure office pantry and supplies are adequately stocked and organised
- Liaise with vendors for office and administrative needs
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support leave tracking, attendance records, and other HR operational matters
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the HR team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
