• Support and further development of the SuccessFactors modules Compensation, Employee Central and Story Reporting.
• Help shape general and demanding processes such as the annual remuneration and bonus round as well as personnel planning and cost planning.
• Conceptual development and support of the HR reporting landscape, in particular Story Reporting and Query Manager.
• Identify new technologies and innovative (AI) approaches to optimise HR processes.
• Provide technical support for a wide variety of integrations and interfaces.
• Moderate workshops and help to shape HR processes in collaboration with related teams, such as software development, finance, BI and IT operations.
