Job Description
Job Highlight The intern will be expected to energetically engage in the support of HR tasks and to selectively drive particular work items on their own.
The internship opportunity is open to both Local (Kenyan nationals) and International (non-Kenyan nationals), who will be based in Nairobi, Kenya for the duration of the assignment.
Role Purpose
The role is ideal for a motivated individual interested in human resources, organizational culture, gender equality, safeguarding, inclusion, and people-focused development initiatives.
Functions / Key Results Expected
Their responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the ESAMCO DEI Strategy Action Plan.
Assisting with PSEAH, Gender, DEI, and related working groups within UNOPS and the broader UN community.
Supporting awareness campaigns, engagement activities, workshops, and learning initiatives related to inclusion, safeguarding, gender equalit...
