You’ll work hands-on across employee experience and HR operations alongside a team that moves with purpose and is always looking to do things better. Your responsibilities will span three core areas.

Employee Experience & Communications

  • Support the planning and delivery of employee experience initiatives in partnership with the HR team and Employee Resource Groups – and look for ways to make them more impactful each time.
  • Assist in designing EDMs and visuals for internal announcements. And help us continuously improve how we communicate with our people.
  • Help coordinate staff welfare touchpoints (, marriage, newborn, long service awards) and contribute to improving these processes.

  • Assist with end to end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and communications.
  • Help prepare employee letters and support the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date templates<...
