Duty : 8 hour
Skill : Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce management.
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies.
