Within the HR Strategy & Transformation team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our new Career Framework — including a job catalog, career streams, and grading structure — as well as to ensure its ongoing maintenance and integration within HR policies.
In this role, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of strategic topics, including:

Governance

  • Define and implement a governance model, in collaboration with HR, Business, and IT teams, to ensure the ongoing maintenance and updates of the Career Framework, with clear roles and responsibilities;
  • Organize and lead governance forums to drive decisions on potential adjustments to the job catalog and associated grading structure;
  • Act as the main point of contact and Group referent for governance matters, ensuring consistent application of the model and proper follow-up on process updates;
