HR Generalist — Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation, 12-Month FTC

Transpower New Zealand Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. This fixed-term role requires translating HR policy and workforce data into practical system configurations, across HR processes and data domains.

You’ll collaborate with the EBC programme, payroll, finance and data teams to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements, with go-live planned for mid-2027 in Wellington’s CBD.
