HR Generalist — Onsite Swiss Production Facility

Essence Investment AG's portfolio Marry Jane is seeking an HR Generalist to provide end-to-end HR support at our Swiss production facility in Breitenbach. The role suits a proactive self-starter who can handle core HR tasks independently in a fast-growing setting.

You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Swiss labor law; fluency in English and German is required. Experience as sole HR at a production site is preferred.
