EXEMPT - Regular Full-Time $102,140.49 - $125,496.74 annum (2026 rates)
Reporting to the Director, People Safety & Compensation, the HR Generalist provides strategic, advisory, and operational human resources services across the organization. This dynamic role supports a broad range of HR programs and initiatives including recruitment and selection, onboarding, job evaluation, employee engagement, staff development and training, disability management, and employee & labour relations. The HR Generalist also contributes to the development and implementation of corporate people strategies, policies, and programs that align with organisational goals while fostering a collaborative and engaged workplace environment.
