Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for interpreting and administering a variety of human resources programs such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, communication, employee development, training and manpower planning, training or labor relations.
- Counsels and advises management and employees on personnel programs and policies.
- Conducts research studies and prepares special reports and presentations.
- General application of concepts and principals to resolve a variety of issues.
- Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Qualifications
Requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
