Responsible for interpreting and administering a variety of human resources programs such as:
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Recruitment
- Communication
- Employee development
- Training
- Manpower planning
- Labor relations
Counsels and advises management and employees on personnel programs and policies. Conducts research studies and prepares special reports and presentations. Applies concepts and principles to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
