Job Description
Title:
- HR Generalist Reports To: President/CEO Classification: Full-time, exempt Summary : In this role, the HR Generalist is responsible for providing support for core HR functions to Erigo’s multiple client companies.
- This includes supporting the maintenance of the HRIS system, assisting with the administration of client-specific HR policies and procedures, and responding to employee questions and third-party inquiries.
- Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting new-hire orientations, providing guidance on employee benefits and compliance matters, preparing monthly HR reports, and documenting HR processes and procedures.
- The HR Generalist will regularly field questions from employees regarding policies, benefits, onboarding and employment matters, and will work closely with client contacts to provide high-quality HR support and ensure a consistent and responsive client experience.
