Company Overview: Insight Global's confidential client was founded in 1997 and has grown from a small legal practice to a nationwide law firm, providing legal representation to clients in the financial services space.
Required Skills:
3-5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, or related role.
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
Experience working for mid-sized companies (50-100 people preferred).
Background in full-cycle recruiting & onboarding.
Experience in payroll management and benefits administration.
ADP (HRIS Platform).
Comfortable taking on additional responsibilities in employee relations, HR compliance, reporting, and performance management.
Day to Day:
Recruiting & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer)
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines
