Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting & supporting the HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, maintaining information in the HR systems.
- Manage and coordinate the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, system setup, and exit clearance.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations for foreign employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, training course registration.
- Support recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
