Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee records management.
- Experience handling employee relations and day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS, attendance management systems, ERP platforms, or similar HR tools.
- Exposure to roster management and shift‑based work environments is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or other service‑based industries will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations environments will be a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
