Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HRIS data
Coordinate and manage daily employee transport arrangements and logistics
Draft and process employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR documentation
Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits
