HR & Emiratization Assistant Manager | Hospitality

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Emiratization to coordinate Emiratization programs at Yas Plaza Hotels in Abu Dhabi. The role partners with the HR Manager to drive HR initiatives across the property and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate has a HR-related bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a similar hospitality role, with strong HR process knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.
