The Director, Employee Relations (ER) will lead the company's US based employee relations team as well as set the standards for how Employee Relations concerns are handled across the globe within market teams. Through this work, the Director of ER will be responsible for fostering a positive, equitable, and compliant workplace environment across LS&Co.
