HR Data Governance Architect

About the role

The HR Data Governance Architect leads the design and implementation of data governance across SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and reliable HR data. The role bridges HR, IT, and Data teams to establish standards, ownership models, and governance processes that support decision‑making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance Strategy & Framework
  • Define and implement a global HR data governance framework specific to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Establish policies, standards, and operating models for HR master data.
  • Create and manage data ownership structures (stewards, owners, custodians).
  • Lead governance forums such as Data Councils and HR Data Boards.
• Data Quality & Integrity
  • Use remediation programmes and collaborate with the Data Governance Lead.
  • Use dashboards and tools to monitor and improve data quality.
