Job Description
Eaton’s Electrical Sector Amercia Power Distribution Controls Assemblies (PDCA) division is currently seeking an **HR Coordinator** . This role is based at our Wilsonville, Oregon manufacturing site.
Reporting to the site HR Manager, our HR Coordinator will provide day-to-day HR support at the site by coordinating and executing core human resources processes, with a focus on employee relations, leave administration, policy guidance, and HR program support. This role follows established processes, exercises sound judgment within defined scope, and partners with or escalates to HR leadership as necessary.

• Coordinate and manage routine employee relations issues, provide guidance to employees and front-line leaders in alignment with company policies, and escalating higher risk matters as appropriate.
