Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing global company, seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist with 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape people-centric HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and support continuous performance improvement.

You’ll collaborate directly with the HR Manager and leadership to build a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and issue offers
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Provide regular recruitment updates to the General Manager
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs (team-building, wellness, and recognition events)
• Oversee onboarding, gather employee feedback...
