Act as the primary People Business Partner for leaders across our divisions, providing strategic and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and support leaders in implementing them within their teams. Drive workforce planning aligned with the Formula 1 race calendar, project milestones, and business priorities. Coach and challenge leaders to maximize individual and team performance in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgment.
