Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner (Talent & Development) to shape and drive the people agenda across business units. You will build talent management and development capability and translate business context into landed programmes.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS to ensure integrated people programmes, coach leaders, and lead strategic HR initiatives that support business goals.
