Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Onsite position to support nightshift campaigns.
- Recruitment: Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruitment to ensure quality placements (bulk & leadership positions).
- Employee Induction & On-boarding: Induct and onboard new hires; manage and resolve queries to maintain high performance and morale, reducing early attrition.
- Employee Engagement: Manage and resolve queries to foster high performance and morale.
- Talent Management: Partner with Operations to implement, track, and calibrate performance appraisals per quarterly cycles; manage probation for new starters.
- Retention Management: Partner with Operations to reduce attrition through engagement, identify and address barriers, conduct exit interviews, aid redeployment.
