HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Tech Avenue is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help lead the day-to-day management of the HR department. Reporting directly to the Director – HR, the HRBP acts as a key coordination point between the HR function and senior management, and takes ownership of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment through employee relations and compliance. This role is well suited to an HR professional with 2–3 years of hands‑on generalist experience who is ready to take on broader departmental and people‑management responsibility.
