Following significant growth, merger activity in recent years, and recent leadership change, the business is entering a new phase focused on building a more structured, professional, and forward-looking organisation.
With a workforce largely across transport and warehouse operations, the environment is fast-paced, operationally focused, and evolving. The next 12–24 months will see continued cultural uplift, refinement of leadership capability, and the rollout of a new strategic direction, alongside future HRIS implementation and enterprise agreement negotiations.
