Job Description
Job Purpose
Performs recruitment, training, employee engagement and ensures the proper administration of HR programs in accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Activity
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as but not limited to sportsfest, Christmas party, etc.
Training
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing various organization development programs to address the needs of employees and the organization in general.
- Coordinates with various departments and outside entities and prepares the necessary trainings materials to ensure the smooth conduct of training programs sponsored or administered by the company or other outside agencies.
- Conducts post training evaluations and follow-ups and makes the necessary evaluation reports.
