Job Description
- Assist in all facets of Human Resource Department; Recruitment, Operations,
- Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development.
- Labor/ Employee Relations, Payroll and Timekeeping, HR Information System
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of HR-related experience (esp. end-to-end recruitment process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
