Job Description
Our client in the FMCG industry seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The role involves assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and employee relations, and ensuring HR processes comply with company policies and Kenyan labor laws. Based in Nairobi, the role will involve occasional travel to last-mile operational areas to support HR activities.
