Supporting daily administrative and HR duties.
Assisting the HR manager with record maintenance, payroll processing, and provide clerical support to HR team.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Coordinate orientation of newly hired employees, handle new hire paperwork, and assist with workstation setup.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Support benefits enrollment, and address benefits-related inquiries.
Prepare HR documents, and maintain an organized filing system.
Handle inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR processes align with regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, HR or admin experience, familiarity with HR software.
Attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, confidentiality.
